We are currently looking for a skilled HR Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations and supporting the company's workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, hiring).
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave balances, and ensure timekeeping compliance.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and assist with audits.
- Support employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the construction or contracting sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of Saudi labor law and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
