Human Resources (HR) Specialist (KSA Branch- Riyadh)
Educational background:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related courses
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in HR and Administration
- Familiarization of local labor laws and practices
- Knowledge of employment legislation
- Advanced computer and communications skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Assist in all HR and Administration activities
- Support in the development and implementation of HR and Administration initiatives and systems
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Handle all labor engagement including hire orientation and exit process, ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource/ labor state requirements
- Initiate and complete process related to employee entitlement, such as payroll, financial settlement, overtime, EOSB, etc.
- Process and handle employees' personal requests related to leave, letters and salary certificates, etc.
- Handle audit-related activities of the Department, ensuring compliance with the ISO and QHSE policy
- Generate weekly reports on employees' activities such as leave, letters and circulars issued, etc.
- Issue verbal and/or written warning to employees, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Assist in recruitment process -candidate search and shortlisting including job posting, interview, and candidate screening
- Assist in organizing employee training, development, and engagement activities
- Assist in employee performance evaluation (annual and probation), ensuring compliance in a timely manner
- Support talent management and succession planning initiatives
- Maintain and update company databases and filing system
- Identify and report occupational health and safety hazards, environmental aspects and any incidents arising from his/her workplace and ensure these are resolved
- Implement and support the resource utilization, conservation of natural resources and proper waste disposal initiatives and programs within the company
- Perform other job-related duties as required
