At Ricoh International, we empower digital workplaces. We’re looking for a Business Manager to drive the expansion of our Production Printing (RGC) portfolio across Saudi Arabia.
In this strategic role, you will lead market development initiatives, grow key distributor relationships, and deliver results through high-end production printing solutions. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact within a high-growth, innovation-focused business unit of Ricoh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute local market strategies based on strategic country plans
- Manage a network of distributor partners in the Kingdom, collect new leads, managing pipelines and partners within the Team guidelines and cooperation
- Drive sales, gross margin, and solution adoption targets
- Position Ricoh’s value proposition at senior levels within partner organizations
- Ensure competitiveness through pricing intelligence and business insight
- Has residence preferably in Saudi Arabia
Key Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years in printing/automation sales, preferably across EMEA
- Proven success in managing partners and strategic accounts
- Strong commercial mindset, negotiation expertise, and a proactive approach
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Arabic
- Able to work independently, with a collaborative spirit
- Already living and having a network in Saudi Arabia
