We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to lead our tyre manufacturing operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and achieving operational targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the entire tyre production process to ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing. - Develop and implement production schedules in alignment with business goals and customer demands. - Monitor and optimize production workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce wastage. - Ensure adherence to quality control standards and safety regulations throughout the manufacturing process. - Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime and ensure smooth operations. - Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance and development objectives. - Analyze production data and generate regular reports for senior management. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in production management within the tyre manufacturing facility is a must for this role - Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety protocols in tyre production. - Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively. - Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. - Proficiency in production planning and data analysis tools. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus. - Willingness to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and work in a multicultural environment.
