Role Overview:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to identify opportunities for new products or features.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and compliance, to define and deliver high-quality products.
- Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product launches/sprints, managing resources and budget.
- Communicate progress, priorities, and challenges effectively to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure products comply with relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address potential risks and implement controls.
- Define and track product KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Leverage data and analytics to optimize user experience, engagement, and retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Professional certificates are a plus.
- Deep knowledge and experience in product management, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Entrepreneurial, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and results-oriented.
- Passionate about driving innovation in the financial technology space.
