The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily production processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure timely and efficient operation.
- Monitor product quality during each stage of production and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Manage and train production staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with planning and logistics teams to optimize production schedules and inventory levels.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations in the production environment.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Participate in the development and training of operating procedures and work instructions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing, preferably within the bedding or consumer goods industry.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control principles.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions for process improvements.
- Effective communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in manufacturing software and Microsoft Office.
