Must-Have:
- 8+ years in financial services, with 3+ in card product management
- Proven success launching card products in MENA, especially KSA
- Strong understanding of Islamic finance and Shariah-compliant card structures
- Expertise in card systems, digital wallets, Mada network, and fraud prevention
- Familiar with SAMA regulations, AML/KYC, PCI DSS, and consumer protection rules
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- Knowledge of tokenization, digital payment trends, and fintech innovations
