About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Arabian IT Product Manager with a solid background in Oracle Cloud to lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of enterprise-level technology products.
You will work closely with development, design, and support teams to translate business needs into scalable Oracle ERP solutions, ensuring a seamless product life cycle and optimal user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development & Design
- Design and implement features within the Oracle Cloud ERP ecosystem.
- Develop backend logic, user interfaces, and system integrations using modern technologies.
- Requirement Analysis & Translation
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in the planning and roadmap development for Oracle-based solutions.
- Quality Assurance & Testing
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure stability and performance.
- Continuously monitor system health and address technical issues proactively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with UI/UX designers to align features with business workflows.
- Work closely with support teams to ensure product reliability and responsiveness.
- Documentation & Technical Reporting
- Maintain thorough documentation for code, procedures, and feature updates.
- Tech Innovation & Oracle Optimization
- Stay up to date with the latest Oracle Cloud tools and suggest improvements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance product scalability and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in product or software development.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP modules (Finance, SCM, or HCM).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, mobile/web app technologies, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Arab Nationalities with a valid visa only to be contacted
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork and time management capabilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
