Timber House is seeking a qualified Production Manager to lead its manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production activities, ensure product quality, and drive efficiency in our furniture production facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily production operations
- Lead and supervise production teams
- Coordinate with technical office, procurement, and warehouse departments
- Maintain high product quality and meet delivery deadlines
- Improve operational workflows and reduce material waste
- Enforce safety and cleanliness standards on the factory floor
Requirements:
- Proven experience in production management (preferably in the furniture or wood industry)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of production planning and quality control
- Ability to perform under pressure and solve problems effectively
- Familiarity with production systems and reporting tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼14,000.00 per month
