Job Title : MU Workplace Lead

Role Overview
The MU Workplace Lead is responsible for bringing Accenture’s global Workplace strategy to life through locally executed, high-impact delivery. This role empowers location leads to deliver world-class services by driving operational consistency, embedding standard processes, and fostering a culture of corporate hospitality. With a focus on five key goals—operational excellence, health, safety and environment (HSE), hospitality, sustainability, and talent development—the MU Workplace Lead builds deep operational capability across all sites, from day-to-day operations to energizing local culture and enhancing the employee experience. Acting as a coach and escalation point, the MU Workplace Lead cultivates critical thinking, encourages problem solving, and promotes an inclusive, supportive environment where teams feel empowered and engaged. Through close collaboration with leadership, the role advances continuous improvement, leverages GenAI and global services to drive efficiency, and ensures the Workplace function is seen as a strategic partner in delivering value to our people, clients, and business.
Key responsibilities include :
- Collaboration: Lead Workplace location leads and Workplace team within the MU to ensure delivery of local health, safety, environment & security requirements, operational processes with a hospitality mindset and consistency aligned with global Workplace guidelines and standards.
- Operational Consistency & Excellence:
Ensure uniform execution across the MU by implementing standard processes, empowering local leads to deliver consistently high-quality outcomes.
- Promote a culture of Health, Safety, and Accountability:
Embed health and safety as a core value through robust protocols, performance metrics, and a culture of ownership at all levels.
- Achieve Financial Performance Targets:
Meet and maintain financial goals for capital and operational expenditures, ensuring cost-effective service delivery aligned to business needs.
- Implement and Manage Core Operating Systems:
Leverage structured management systems and Quality Assurance programs to drive efficiency, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Foster Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership:
Build trust through transparent communication, proactive check-ins, and clear decision-making while guiding stakeholders through change and innovation.
- Support Strategic Projects with Coaching & Insight:
Actively participate and provide guidance on complex projects (e.g., buildouts, decommissions), helping local leads develop while ensuring successful outcomes.
- Champion One Accenture Culture:
Promote inclusivity across office services, executive support, and technology teams by fostering collaboration and shared engagement at each location.
- Develop and Empower Talent:
Coach location leads in operational management, stakeholder engagement, and business acumen, while driving succession planning, upskilling, and resource alignment.
- Create a Culture of Belonging and Growth:
Establish environments where employees feel valued, empowered to ask for help, and motivated by purpose-driven work rather than level or pay alone.
- Develop Key Relationships:
Build strong working relationships with MU business leadership understanding their priorities and business goals, with Global Workplace sharing ideas, asking questions and providing feedback, with other MU Workplace Leads sharing ideas and learning from other MUs, and collaborate effectively with other corporate functions within the MU.
Job Qualifications:
Saudi National
Holds undergraduate degree in any related field
8 to 10 years of experience managing the corporate Workplaces services
English language proficiency
