Job Summary – Facility Manager (Female)
We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Facility Manager (Female) to manage and oversee the operations of a private resort property. The Facility Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all buildings, guest areas, and facilities within the resort are maintained to the highest standards, creating a comfortable and luxurious environment.
This role involves supervising housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping, and security functions, while coordinating with external service providers and vendors as needed. The Facility Manager will also ensure compliance with quality and service standards, while maintaining the privacy, exclusivity, and elegance expected of a private resort.
Strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and the satisfaction of all guests and residents.
