We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Supply Specialist to join a reputable aviation program in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing specialized aviation supply support functions to ensure timely and accurate logistics operations for aircraft maintenance and readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to the Logistics & Supply Superintendent and support aviation-specific logistics operations.
- Manage all supply chain functions, including inventory control, procurement, material handling, warehousing, and distribution.
- Handle repairable/condemned material, including screening, quotations analysis, and repair process tracking.
- Receive, process, and track purchase orders and requests for support equipment, tooling, and non-aeronautical assets.
- Maintain inventory data, stock levels, shelf life control, and support annual inventory counts.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hazardous materials standards.
- Coordinate shipments, repair logistics, and warranty claims with vendors and freight forwarders.
- Plan and supervise warehouse operations, supply personnel activities, and overall material flow.
- Continuously evaluate supply chain efficiency, compliance, and operational standards.
- Develop and implement inventory management procedures, reporting tools, and local directives.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Aviation, Logistics & Supply Chain, or equivalent recognized training.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (military or civilian) in aviation logistics and supply operations.
