Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations of our PVC Pipes and Aluminum Doors & Windows divisions. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient procurement, production planning, inventory control, logistics, and distribution to support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage procurement of raw materials (PVC resin, aluminum profiles, hardware, etc.) and supplier relationships
- Monitor and improve sourcing, cost, lead time, and supplier performance
- Oversee production planning, inventory management, and warehouse operations
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency
- Implement supply chain risk management plans and ensure business continuity
- Monitor KPIs and generate regular reports for management review
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Quality departments to align demand with capacity
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7–10 years of supply chain experience in manufacturing (preferably PVC or aluminum sectors)
- Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory control, and production planning
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo)
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills
- Strong communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of import/export procedures and local regulatory requirements
Preferred:
- Experience in PVC extrusion or aluminum fabrication industries
- Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
