We are currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic Demand and Supply Planning Officer to join our team in KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal inventory levels, efficient order management, and effective planning to meet customer and business demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage demand forecasting, inventory planning, and supply coordination.
- Optimize stock levels and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Drive asset utilization and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Utilize ERP systems (preferably SAGE) for data accuracy and planning processes.
- Provide insights and reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify and resolve supply and demand imbalances proactively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in demand planning, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
- Hands-on experience with SAGE or other major ERP systems.
- Strong order management and inventory optimization background.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically while executing with urgency and attention to detail.
