Key Responsibilities – Demand Planning, Supply Chain Analyst, Riyadh
- Forecasting: Develop, maintain, and continuously improve short- and long-term demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and statistical analysis.
- Inventory Optimization: Collaborate with purchasing and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels, ensuring product availability while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence.
- Data Analysis: Analyze various data sources to identify demand patterns, seasonal fluctuations, and supply chain risks.
- Collaboration: Partner with commercial, merchandising, and logistics teams to align demand planning with business objectives and promotional activities.
- S&OP Process: Contribute actively to the Sales & Operations Planning process, providing insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
- Reporting: Prepare clear and actionable reports on demand trends, forecast accuracy, and supply chain KPIs for internal stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices in demand planning and supply chain management.
Essential Skills and Qualifications – Demand Planner, Inventory Planning
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated strength in statistical analysis, data interpretation, and problem solving.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with demand planning tools, ERP systems, and advanced Excel (or equivalent data management software).
