The DRT Operations Expert will be responsible to manage the DRT service project from implementation to operation, including providing advice to the Client on service/KPIs adjustments, strategies as well as providing the team with reports/presentations on said project. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead & coordinate the design and testing of the DRT system.
• Support the implementation of functional management of DRT operations with the Operator in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Primary interface with the Operator DRT Manager/ Metro Managers/Stakeholders and RCRC for DRT operations.
• Methodical identification of opportunities for improvement of DRT transport for customers of the King Abdulaziz Transport Project in Riyadh as needs arise.
• Make educated forecast adjustments recommendation to Senior Management/RCRC.
• Collaborate with key stakeholder in developing forecasting strategies on DRT services.
• Monitor and report the Contractors agreed KPI service performance on a weekly basis.
• Conduct regular safety audits to ensure BRT service drivers/supervisors are following safety procedures.
• Create, maintain and distribute frequent reports/dashboards to track Operator KPI performance.
• Provide proactive support to the PMS Snr Management such as assist in report writing, presentations and ensure project timelines are met.
• Any ad hoc duties as necessary for the business needs.

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in DRT Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation or related discipline or, alternatively, a minimum of 10 years’ experience including DRT Operations.
• Must have very good interpersonal and well-developed written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to work within a team.

Skills:

• Proficient with Excel.
• Proficient with PowerPoint.
• Very good level of spoken and written English language.
• Very good level of spoken and written Arabic language would be an advantage.
• Must be prepared to work outside normal business hours, including weekends and public holidays during special events or incidents.
