Position Title: Logistics and Operations Officer Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 5K SAR depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and transportation Job Location: Riyadh, KSA About the Client: A fit-out contracting team specializing in unique commercial and residential renovation and space beautification projects in Middle East. Job Description: - Manage shipment planning, compliance documentation (e.g., SABER, COO), and daily material dispatches to project sites. - Handle local and international purchasing by reviewing BOQs, coordinating with teams, sourcing suppliers, placing orders, and following up to ensure timely fulfilment. - Oversee invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation for both receivables and payables. Support project costing by preparing estimates and tracking expenses for accurate reporting. - Support administrative processes like insurance, contracts, travel, and Qiwa.
Requirements
- Male, 40 years old and below - At least 2 years of relevant experience in interior design, fitout, and construction industry - Valid driving license will be an advantage
