Logistics Coordinator – Riyadh, KSA

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and streamline our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in logistics, preferably within the construction, façade, or manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements
- Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments to ensure timely material delivery
- Prepare accurate documentation including delivery notes, customs documents, and inventory records
- Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays, damaged goods, or incorrect deliveries
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with local logistics and transportation regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant logistics experience in KSA
- Knowledge of customs clearance procedures and import/export regulations
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Must be currently residing in Riyadh and available for immediate joining
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
