Project Overview:
Job Summary:
The Logistics & Accommodations Coordinator ensures that all housing and cars are accounted for on a Master List. Will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of workforce accommodations, transportation, and logistics to support projects and operational needs in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures compliance with local regulations, adherence to company standards, and delivery of efficient, cost-effective services that support employee welfare and project readiness.
Major Responsibilities:
- Manage housing assignments, move-ins/outs, housing transfers and changes of units
- Maintain accurate records of occupancy, entitlements, and facility conditions.
- Liaise with accommodation providers and internal stakeholders regarding occupancy reports, room moves, VIP guests, lease renewals, special needs and act on any information given.
- Coordinate daily transport operations including, booking limousine services, rental arrangement, and fleet usage
- Manage Car rental assignments, inbounds/outs, car transfers, car returns
- Manage vendor relationships for vehicle inspections, maintenance, and scheduling
- Support logistics planning and execution for regional project mobilization
- Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and compliance reporting
- Support onboarding and induction processes related to accommodation and transport
- Serve as a point of contact for emergency logistics
- Manage and update the housing and transportation reports daily
- Assist in the collection of information for weekly and monthly reports and dashboards
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an assistant to accommodation & logistical services
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent command in English and Arabic and have professional customer service experience
- Effective communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills required
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems and advanced analytical
- ability to build and maintain spreadsheets and presentations.
