We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Logistics & E-commerce Coordinator to manage daily logistics operations and support the growth of our online store.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize stock levels, inbound/outbound shipments, and inventory tracking
- Oversee online order processing (Shopify, Salla, etc.) and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with shipping providers and ensure timely deliveries
- Create reports and dashboards to track logistics and sales KPIs
- Improve packaging, returns, and customer service processes
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure product availability and readiness
Profile:
- Previous experience in logistics and/or e-commerce
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla, etc.)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure
- Knowledge of the local market is a plus
