Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle across various departments, with a strong focus on F&B, hospitality, and entertainment roles. The recruiter will be responsible for attracting top talent, conducting interviews, managing hiring platforms, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future hiring needs.
- Draft and post clear and attractive job advertisements across various platforms (LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukrigulf, etc.).
- Screen CVs and shortlist qualified candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further assessments with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for seasonal and full-time roles.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with recruitment agencies and universities.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
- Support onboarding processes in coordination with HR operations.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and internal policies.
- Represent the company at career fairs and external hiring events when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in F&B or hospitality sectors.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job boards, and sourcing techniques.
- Bilingual – fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of Saudi labor law is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience recruiting for high-volume and seasonal operations.
- Familiarity with GEA (General Entertainment Authority) visa recruitment process.
- Hands-on experience using HR systems or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From ﷼7,000.00 per month
