What you'll be doing
The job holder of this position is responsible for implementing day-to-day personnel operations, managing confidential certificates, handling employee relations, and ensuring the implementation of HR policies.
- Follow all relevant HR policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Implement activities under minimal supervision.
- Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
- Administer employee attendance, leaves, vacations, and overall absenteeism.
- Ensure adherence to the organization’s personnel rules and regulations.
- Follow up with employees regarding medical certificates for sick leaves and absence forms.
- Handle all medical insurance claims and liaise with insurance companies for employee reimbursements.
- Issue and cancel access cards in line with security policies.
- Prepare welcome kits for new employee orientation sessions.
- Prepare absenteeism calculations for end-of-service settlements.
- Respond to employee inquiries on company policies and procedures.
- Handle and follow up on work visa and labor contract processes.
- Manage all governmental platforms such as GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, and Absher.
What you’ll need to succeed
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations and Government Relations.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR practices in the GCC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
