Job Title: Female Floor Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Female Floor Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant floor. The role ensures smooth service, team leadership, and outstanding guest satisfaction. Candidates with experience in Japanese cuisine are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate service staff to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
- Train, coach, and support team members to maintain service standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen team (especially in Japanese food service) to guarantee smooth operations.
- Manage daily staff briefings, scheduling, and shift coverage.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the restaurant floor.
- Assist management with menu rollouts, promotions, and special events.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor / Senior Waitress in restaurants or hospitality.
- Background in Japanese cuisine is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
