About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Female Floor Supervisor to join our team. This position is vital in ensuring smooth operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and leading the service team with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily floor operations and guide service staff.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Coordinate effectively between service and kitchen.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Assist with training, scheduling, and staff performance.
Requirements:
- Female candidates
- Experience in Japanese cuisine restaurants is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented, with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
