We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of our supermarket as we move into an exciting phase of expansion and refurbishment. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring smooth store operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and supporting inventory and merchandising management. The Supervisor will also play a key role in implementing new systems and processes during the store’s refurbishment, ensuring efficiency and a seamless customer experience. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with management to achieve sales, service, and operational excellence.
