We are a medical clinic seeking a skilled Female Floor Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our daily clinic operations.
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Any nationality
Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinic or healthcare facility
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage staff, patient flow, and day-to-day operations effectively
Professional, patient-focused, and service-oriented attitude
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate activities on the clinic floor
Ensure smooth patient flow and efficient service delivery
Liaise between reception, nursing, and medical teams to avoid delays
Handle patient inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Maintain cleanliness, order, and compliance with health and safety standards
Prepare daily operational reports for management
