Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel consultations.
- Maintain office records, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and coordination.
- Assist other departments with day-to-day tasks when required.
- Handle client inquiries and provide basic information about services.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in customer service roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
