FlyAkeed is looking for a passionate and friendly Travel Ambassador to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. As a Travel Ambassador, you will be the face of FlyAkeed in Jubail, assisting travelers and providing them with exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for promoting our travel solutions, assisting customers with booking flights and hotels, and resolving any issues or inquiries they may have. If you are passionate about travel and have excellent interpersonal skills, we would love to have you on board.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with flight and hotel bookings, providing them with accurate and up-to-date information
- Provide exceptional customer service, delivering a positive and personalized experience to each customer
- Promote FlyAkeed's travel solutions and services to potential customers
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends and ensure a good knowledge of FlyAkeed's offerings
- Assist with any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with travel booking systems
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
- Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
