Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their travel bookings, promoting FlyAkeed's services, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities
- Assist customers in booking flights, hotels, and travel packages
- Provide personalized recommendations and guidance to customers based on their travel preferences
- Promote FlyAkeed's services and offerings to potential customers
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Stay informed about the latest travel trends and industry developments
- Assist with any other duties or tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a Fulfilment role, Or from the travel or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with travel booking systems
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
