Key Responsibilities – HR Operations Leadership, Process Optimization & Employee Experience
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, leave management, HRIS administration.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and standard operating procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
- Act as a lead point of contact for employees and managers, resolving HR queries with professionalism, care, and confidentiality.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all HR systems and records; generate and analyze reports for key HR metrics and compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate with business units to optimize workforce planning, talent acquisition administration, and performance management processes.
- Facilitate employee lifecycle activities, including promotions, contract changes, and role transitions, ensuring a seamless and consistent process.
- Partner closely with finance, legal, and IT teams to support cross-functional HR projects and technology integrations.
- Support internal audits, regulatory filings, and compliance programs related to labor law, data privacy, and company policy.

Key Requirements – HR Operations Expertise, Compliance & Communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in HR operations, with a strong background supporting payroll, HRIS, and compliance functions.
- Solid understanding of labor laws, regulatory requirements, and best practices in HR administration.
- Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, and skilled at managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Proven track record in analyzing HR data, preparing reports, and providing actionable insights.
- Adept at maintaining confidentiality, exercising sound judgment, and handling sensitive situations with professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with implementing or optimizing HR technology platforms is strongly preferred.
