Main Responsibilities:
- Interpret, assist, and advise employees and managers regarding HR practices, policies, and procedures in line with KSA Labor Law.
- Provide administrative support and prepare documentation and correspondence associated with HR functions as required.
- Establish, maintain, and control records, files, correspondence and reports relating to HR Services.
- Provide support and assist in maintaining and archiving personnel files.
- Respond to queries from managers, employees, or departments in a professional manner.
- Provide support to or, where required, lead HR projects and initiatives that related to HR Operations/Employee services.
- Prepare and manage salary actions such as deductions or suspensions etc. to be provided to Payroll.
- Conduct violation investigations and document the record of discussion in a reliable record.
- Perform and conduct the offboarding process for exiting employees such as final settlement, clearance form, Experience certificate etc.
- Prepare and issue warning letters for Code of Conduct violations as per policy and procedures.
- Implement the termination process (voluntary leave, dismissal, retirement, end of contracts etc.) and submit all relevant documentation to proper local authorities.
- Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. using the ERP system.
- Prepare payroll payments and ensure payroll funding is in place with arrangement with Finance.
- Input, review, and audit payroll related records and ensure accuracy.
- Conduct various payroll reconciliations and troubleshoots any issues that arise.
- Prepare the final settlements for leaving staff and ensure the accurate amount to be paid as well as arranging with Finance for the transaction.
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to work and information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Relevant Professional Certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHRi etc.) is preferred.
Experience & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Employee Relations or HR.
- Proven strong employment relations experience in a big operation.
- Knowledge about the termination process (voluntary leave, dismissal, retirement, end of contracts etc.) and submits all relevant documentation to proper local authorities.
- Excellent knowledge of labor law.
- Advanced MS Office user with focus to Excel.
