We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Officer to support our Jubail operations. This role involves coordinating onboarding activities, managing HR compliance, and ensuring alignment with Saudi labor laws and government platforms.
Job Description
Coordinate and oversee employee onboarding processes.
Follow up with business units on HR-related matters.
Manage and maintain data on various government portals (e.g., GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, etc.).
Ensure all HR practices comply with Saudi labor law and internal policies.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role.
Solid understanding of Saudi labor law.
Proficient in managing government portals.
- Excellent communication in both Arabic and English language
Must be a Saudi national.
