The HR Specialist is responsible for providing functional support on managing onboarding process but not limited to scheduling interviews, updating and maintaining HR data, pre-joining and on-Boarding process and formalities.
Aligning employees to business objectives,
recruiting the right talent
developing staff performance
supporting employee development
enhancing recruitment efforts
planning strategic HR initiatives
managing HR consultants
running orientation and
employee engagement activities.

Pay: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼18,000.00 per month
Experience:
- onboarding: 3 years (Preferred)
- Talent management: 3 years (Preferred)
- Comm & Ben, Performance Appraisal: 3 years (Preferred)
