We are seeking a qualified HR Executive to join our Riyadh office. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Saudi labour law, managing Iqama and license renewals, and overseeing day-to-day HR operations in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute daily HR operations for the Riyadh office.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labour law, GOSI, and other regulatory requirements.
- Handle all matters related to Iqama renewals, work permits, and license renewals.
- Maintain and update employee files, contracts, and HR records.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Administer HR processes through official government portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, and GOSI.
- Provide HR-related guidance to management and employees in accordance with local legislation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong working knowledge of Saudi labour law and compliance procedures.
- Proven experience with Iqama renewals, license renewals, and HR government portals.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
