We are hiring a Part-time HR Officer to support our HR operations.
The candidate will assist in recruitment, employee management, and HR administration while working flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews).
- Maintain employee records and attendance.
- Support HR policies and contracts preparation.
- Handle employee requests and provide administrative support.
- Assist in payroll and monthly HR reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; HR software is a plus.
- Ability to work part-time with flexibility.
