Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Administrator to manage and maintain our organization’s computer networks. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting both the hardware and software of our local and wide area networks (LANs and WANs), internet and intranet systems, network segments, and other data communication systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and support network hardware and software.
- Maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, firewall, and internet systems.
- Monitor network performance to determine if adjustments are needed.
- Ensure network security through firewalls, antivirus, and access control systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network problems and outages.
- Administer network services such as DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, etc.
- Perform regular system backups and data recovery operations.
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and policies.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for network upgrades and support.
- Provide technical support and training to end users and other staff.
- Stay current with emerging networking technologies and recommend upgrades when necessary.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in network administration or a related role.
- Candidate should be available in Saudi
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar network devices.
- Proficiency in network diagnostic and monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds).
- Knowledge of protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, SNMP, and others.
- Experience with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security.
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, and cloud networking (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
