Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and reports
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and payroll
Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
Manage office supplies, documentation, and records
Coordinate internal meetings and office communication
Support management with various administrative tasks
