Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Office Assistant to be the first point of contact for our clients, guests, and staff. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment and supporting daily administrative functions to keep our office operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and respond to general inquiries
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain calendars for meetings and events
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy, organized, and presentable at all times
- Provide administrative support, including filing, document management, and tracking office supplies
- Assist with routine office tasks and provide support to various departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with prior experience in front desk or customer service roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
