We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Site Architect with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing retail store fit-outs in malls, luxury buildings, and high-end interior finishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee site execution to ensure architectural and interior finishing works meet design intent and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors on-site.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and health & safety standards.
- Manage timelines, resolve site issues, and conduct regular progress inspections.
- Review and approve shop drawings, materials, and mock-ups.
- Deliver projects with precision, especially high-end finishes for retail environments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of site experience in retail stores, shopping malls, and luxury interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction detailing.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and ID drawings.
- Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience with international retail brands or luxury commercial interiors.
- Familiarity with LEED or sustainable design practices.
