Job Vacancy – Architect Designer Engineer.
We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect Designer Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong design expertise, technical knowledge, and experience working in the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and material selections.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural design within the GCC region.
- Preferred experience in Restaurants, Business Centers, Offices, Houses.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
