Key Responsibilities:
- Design HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Develop layouts using Revit MEP, coordinate with teams.
- Prepare technical reports and ensure code compliance.
Requirements:
A transferrable residence visa (Iqama) is required for this position.
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years in MEP design; skilled in Revit and BIM.
- Familiar with ASHRAE, IPC, and NFPA standards.
