- Must have at least 2 year of experience in Saudi Arabia
- Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
- Collaborating with Contractors, Architects, Engineers, and Project staff to ensure seamless and timely project execution.
- Developing detailed technical shop drawings, as-built documentation, and supervising site works.
- Conducting meetings with contractors to address inquiries and concerns related to projects.
- Managing materials and human resources on-site, ensuring efficient utilization.
- Conducting quality checks on materials to ensure compliance with prescribed standards.
- Upholding site safety protocols and implementing necessary measures.
- Generating daily and weekly site reports to document project progress and challenges.
- Monitoring and coordinating activities on-site to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
