Responsibilities
- Review, evaluate and analyse logistics training programmes with other RSAF Directorates and contractors and provide clear feedback to the (DoTC).
- Provide recommendations to address shortfalls in training requirements. Be able to provide short and long term solutions to training and evaluation shortfalls identified.
- Draft letters for RSAF approval.
- Draft and prepare formal and informal correspondence for training and evaluation related activities.
- Maintain and track changes of the RSAF regulations (Manuals).
- To assist the Directorate of Technical Crew to meet RSAF Objectives.
- Other tasks as directed by the RSAF section manager at (DoTC).
Job Requirements:
- ESSENTIAL
- The incumbent will have a proven track record and a minimum of 15 years relevant experience working in a military aviation environment. The incumbent must have completed a recognised course of training in Aviation and or an appropriate specialised training related course.
- Degree or relevant professional qualification e.g. BS, BA, MS, Med, CMIPD. or HNC/HND with sutable experience is acceptable.
- A minimum of 15 years proven experience within a training/evaluation environment, preferably at a senior supervisory level.
Computer literate and an experienced user of the Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project).
- DESIRABLE
- Master’s Degree or higher is desirable.
- A Project Management qualification and RSAF Logistic manuals and
regulations development experience would be desirable.
- Excellent written and oral English skills are vital.
