Senior Application Analyst
We're hiring a Senior Application Analyst who will ensure project execution, implementation, and quality of deliverables align with our business scope. Responsibilities
You'll structure business requirements, assist with system design and functional specifications, and provide technical expertise. This role involves identifying necessary system modifications, collaborating with Project Leaders and IT teams to ensure viable solutions, and preparing status reports for management. A "can-do" attitude for ad-hoc tasks is a must.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Experience:
- 8+ years of related experience.
- Proven experience with IMOM (Integrated Manufacturing Operations Management System) OR IRIS (Integrated Refinery Information System).
- Experience in oil and gas or petrochemical companies.
Required Skills & Expertise
You should be skilled in structuring business requirements, system design, and functional specifications. Strong technical acumen, problem-solving, and collaboration skills are essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and expertise in IT business domains, including data processing, enterprise software applications, analytics, and software interfaces, are required.
Specialized Expertise (Highly Valued)
Experience with Data Validation & Reconciliation, Energy Performance Management, and Decision Support and Visualization (DSV) is a significant plus. These areas involve optimizing mass/energy/volume balance, improving energy/emissions performance, and enhancing site performance through data-driven decisions.
