Reports to: Training Manager
Job Purpose:
To support the development and delivery of corporate training programs by preparing training proposals, customizing course materials, and coordinating with trainers and clients to ensure smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and customize training outlines, agendas, and materials.
* Draft professional training proposals tailored to client requirements.
* Coordinate schedules and communication between trainers, clients, and internal teams.
* Manage pre- and post-training activities including materials, feedback, and reporting.
* Maintain records of training programs and support documentation.
Qualifications:
* experience in training and development.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
* Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
