Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage relationships with government platforms (Maqeem, GOSI, Mudad, etc.).
- Support employee relations and address inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources and administrative affairs, preferably in the education sector.
- Familiarity with government platforms (Maqeem, GOSI, Mudad, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
