KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Maintenance Operations:
- Install, modify, service, and upgrade equipment and machines within maintenance and service agreements and technical specifications
- Prepare adequate documentation and reporting for onshore management consideration regarding wrong design, poor workmanship, non-compliance to ACC standards
- Monitor the performance of equipment by conducting diagnostic checks
- Inspect equipment and parts thoroughly, and validate those parts requiring replacement to minimize cost of repairs
- Perform periodic, preventive and corrective maintenance on installations to ensure that requirements are met, and that installed equipment continues to perform reliably
- Complete safe and efficient replacement and repair activities in the event of failure or malfunction ensuring quick restoration; troubleshoot malfunctions and take corrective actions as required
Reporting and Relationship Management :
- Document progress and results, and report to the Maintenance Supervisor on a regular basis
- Report on machineries that need to be sent to external workshops, and seek the Maintenance Supervisor’s approval
- Participate in selecting and maintaining on-going relationships with service suppliers (e.g. workshops, electricians) to ensure the company is receiving high standards of service
- Conduct quality assurance on external workshops’ deliverables to ensure it meets agreed guidelines, contractual requirements and industry best practices
Policies, Processes and Procedures :
- Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
- Promote the implementation and adherence to policies, processes and operating procedures to others within ACC
Safety, Health and Environment :
- Comply with all relevant safety, health and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
- Participate in incident and accident investigations as required in-line with agreed safety, health and environment policies, procedures and controls
- Report on changes within ACC that impact relevant safety, health and environmental management policies, procedures and controls
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in Service and maintenance
- Previous industry knowledge is required
- Previous Material Handling knowledge is required
