Responsibilities:
Technical Project Management:

Data Analysis and Decision Making:
Collects data from various sources, analyzes it to understand customer behavior and market trends, and proposes necessary improvements.
Implementing technology in operational processes:
Improves operational efficiency through the use of hotel management systems, customer relationship management systems, human resource management software, and more.
Developing and implementing digital transformation strategies:
Contributes to converting traditional processes to digital ones, facilitating online booking, self-service, and improving the guest experience.
Required Skills:
