Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems for residential, commercial, or industrial clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems and be able to diagnose problems efficiently, ensuring all work is performed in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and components (e.g., compressors, evaporators, motors, fans).
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in AC units and determine appropriate solutions.
- Replace worn or defective parts and complete system upgrades when necessary.
- Monitor and adjust controls to regulate system operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair progress and recommendations to clients.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergency repairs when required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or HVAC certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an AC Technician or similar role.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and techniques.
- EPA Certification for handling refrigerants (if required by local regulations).
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good physical condition and strength to handle the demands of the job.

Pay: ﷼2,200.00 - ﷼2,800.00 per month
