Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled A/C Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of split and window-type air conditioning units across our factory admin buildings and worker accommodations located in the 2nd Industrial City, Dammam. The technician will ensure all systems operate efficiently and reliably to maintain a comfortable and safe environment for staff and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain split and window-type air conditioning units.
- Perform preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Handle installation and relocation of A/C units when required.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdown calls from admin and accommodation facilities.
- Check and recharge refrigerants, replace filters, clean coils, and verify system functionality.
- Maintain logs of work carried out and report major issues to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper usage of tools and adherence to safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Coordinate with other maintenance staff for multi-disciplinary tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Diploma or ITI certification in Air Conditioning or HVAC systems.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with split and window A/C units.
- Familiarity with electrical connections and refrigerant gas handling.
- Previous experience working in industrial or accommodation environments is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices and tools handling.

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month
